Well, you seem to have a pretty good grasp of the adjectives. You might try insufferable, although that's a bit vague as to exactly which aspect of his personality you find objectionable. But really, anyone who embodies all those qualities deserves the whole litany.
As for nouns, well, a--hole seems tailor-made.
